ENROLLMENT TO THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE OPEN CAMP

STANDARD CATEGORY

The cost of participation in the SEOC varies depending on the type of accommodation chosen for the overnight stay (single room, double room, no overnight stay). Allocation of hotel accommodations is at the discretion of the organizers, based on available places.

After reviewing the offers, it is necessary to proceed with the room selection, fill out the registration form and complete the purchase via the chosen payment method (Bank Transfer or PayPal).

Partecipation costs

Rates include VAT.

Non profit enrollment

Offer reserved for people from the non-profit world (organizations, NGOs, cooperatives, social enterprises, associations etc).

  • With overnight stay
    • €1.250 single room (€1.000 with Early Bird*)
    • €1.900 double room (€1.600 with Early Bird*)
  • Without overnight stay
    • €500

*Early Bird valid until September 15, 2026

Corporate enrollment

Offer reserved for people from for-profit corporate entities or interested individuals and not belonging to non-profits categories.

  • With overnight stay
    • €1.500 single room (€1.200 with Early Bird*)
    • €2.300 double room (€1.900 with Early Bird*)
  • Without overnight stay
    • €650

*Early Bird valid until September 15, 2026

The overnight rates includes:
  • Registration fee and participation in all training and networking activities of the Social Enterprise Open Camp
  • Board and room at affiliated facilities in Langhe region with accommodation according to your choice of room.
  • On-site transportation: hotel/SEOC shuttle
  • Check-in on the evening of November 21, 2026, and check-out on the morning of November 24, 2026
The overnight rates does not include:
  • Outward journey from your residence to Bologna
  • Return journey to your residence
  • Beverages of all kinds extra meal composition
  • Personal extras of all kinds
  • Anything not expressly indicated in the paragraph “the overnight rates include”
The rate without overnight stay includes:
  • Registration fee and participation in all training and networking activities of the Social Enterprise Open Camp
  • Board from the dinner on November 21 to the dinner on November 23 (included)

Procedure to follow to register and participate in the Social Enterprise Open Camp

  1. Select the solution you wish to purchase (single room, double room or no overnight stay) depending on the category you belong to (Corporate or Non Profit)
  2. Fill out the registration form by entering the required personal and billing information. If you purchased the double room, enter Guest 2’s information in the space provided
  3. Proceed with the payment of your choice between

In the notes, give indication if payment is from PayPal/Current Account in the name of a person other than the one participating in the Social Enterprise Open Camp in order to correctly send the receipt.

Only in the case of a bank transfer, send a copy of the transfer made to iscrizioni@socialopencamp.org specifying in the subject line of the email the category to which you belong (Standard Corporate/Nonprofit Membership) and stating your name in the text of the email.

Save and keep the order confirmation received when the order is completed. You will need to show it during Check In (Check the SPAM folder).
