ENROLLMENT TO THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE OPEN CAMP
SCHOLARHIP CATEGORY
If you got awarded a scholarship you can now participate in the Social Enterprise Open Camp 2026 on very special terms!
The Scholarship includes:
- Registration fee and participation in all activities of Social Enterprise Open Camp MeWe – From Egosystem to Ecosystem
- Board and room at affiliated facilities with accommodation in a double or triple room (with the possibility of choosing your own roommate)
- On-site transportation: hotel/SEOC shuttle
- Check-in on the evening of November 21, 2026 and check-out on the morning of November 24, 2026
The Scholarship doesn’t include:
- Outward journey from your residence to Bologna
- Return journey to your residence
- Beverages of all kinds extra meal composition
- Personal extras of all kinds
- Anything not expressly indicated in the paragraph “the scholarship includes”
ATTENTION!
The scholarship offers an accomodation in a DOUBLE or TRIPLE ROOM (depending on availability).
- If you have a colleague or friend participating in the Social Enterprise Open Camp, when booking the “Accomodation” you can enter the name of your roommate in the specific field.
- If no request is indicated at the time of registration, the organization reserves the right to proceed with the accommodation in a double or triple room with other people with the same requirements.
PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW TO FINALIZE THE REGISTRATION FOR THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE OPEN CAMP
- Make the purchase of the “Scholarship – 1 GUEST – double or triple room” solution
- Fill in the required fields with your personal data
- Proceed to pay the donation of €50 no later than July 29, 2026 choosing between two possible payment methods:
- PayPal
- Bank transfer

In the notes, give indication if payment is from PayPal/Current Account in the name of a person other than the one participating in the Social Enterprise Open Camp in order to correctly send the receipt.
Only in the case of a bank transfer, send a copy of the transfer made no later than July 29, 2026 to iscrizioni@socialopencamp.org specifying in the subject line of the email the category to which it belongs (SCHOLARSHIPS) and indicating in the text of the email your name.
Save and keep the order confirmation received when the order is completed. You will need to show it during the Check In phase (check the SPAM section).
